Donna Jean Trusty of Hazel Green, KY passed away Monday, June 27, 2016, at her residence, at the age of 50 years, 8 months, & 15 days. She was born Tuesday, October 12, 1965 at West Liberty, KY, daughter of the late Lloyd & Dorothy Smith Keeton.

Donna was united in marriage to Elmer Trusty. She was a homemaker, devoting her life to care for her family and her home. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Lloyd & Dorothy Keeton, she was preceded in death by one nephew, Mark Fraley.

She is survived by her husband, Elmer Trusty; three children, Rachel Dulen, Rocky Dulen, and Ryan Dulen all of West Liberty, KY; two step children, Lisa Doolin of Crockett, KY and Pam Hatton of Winchester, KY; five step grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Keeton of Crockett, KY and Bobby Keeton of Blaine, KY; and two sisters, Sheila Franklin of Salt Lick, KY and Carolyn Miller of Frenchburg, KY.

Funeral Service 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the Potter Funeral Home, with Bro. Jackie Smith officiating. Burial to follow in the Smith Family Cemetery, Hog Branch Road, West Liberty, KY. Visitation 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers: Elmer Trusty, Rachel Dulen, Rocky Dulen, Ryan Dulen, Billy Keeton, and Bobby Keeton.
