I am saddened to learn of Mr. Williams's passing. He gave me my first haircut, and my younger brother as well. I remember I couldn't have been more than 3 or so when Mr Williams cut my brother's hair and my brother cried. I recall coming to his defense and telling Me Williams to stop hurting my brother. He turned to me and gently and patientlyexplained what he was doing, even though I was a "veteran" of haircuts by then. He was a good man. When he last cut my hair, I believe the cost was $1, up from 75¢ I paid when younger.
May he rest peacefully. A rest well earned.

I was so very sorry to here about Russel's passing. He was a wonderful man and I had a great deal of respect for him. I will never forget the time that he ask me if I was married and his mom got on to him. She told him he wasn't suppose to ask me that kind of question, and him, his mom, aunt Sarah, and me all laughed, and he said well, I wanted to know.

The family is in my thoughts and prayers.
