Melvin E. Taulbee of Paris, KY, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 at his residence, at the age of 51 years, 3 months, and 17 days. He was born on Tuesday, November 26, 1963 in Paris, KY, son of the late John & Mable Harper Taulbee.
He was a former welder. He was recently saved, accepting the Lord Jesus as his Savior.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Mable Taulbee and one brother, Freddie Taulbee.
He is survived by his son, Clinton Eugene Taulbee of North Middletown, KY; one brother, John Taulbee of McKee, KY; three sisters, Deborah & Jim Jones of Paris, KY, Linda & Roger Centers of Powell County, KY, and Kathy & Robert Downing of Paris, KY; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Funeral Service 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at the Potter Funeral Home, with Bro. Cecil Curtis officiating. Burial to follow in the Grassy Lick Cemetery, Grassy Creek, KY. Visitation 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at the Potter Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
Pallbearers: John Jones, Jimmy Jones, Richard Centers, Steven Centers, Adam Downing, and Anthony Ramey.
